You can stay on the go with this quick recipe. It is always my go to on a hot summer morning. This recipe usually makes about 22 ounces enough for 1-2 people.
- 1 full banana chopped
- 2 cups of fresh strawberries (you can also use frozen)
- ½ cup of rolled oats
- ¾ cup of ice
- ¾ cup of almond milk
- 1tsp of honey/agave nectar (you can add more to taste)
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Isopure protein powder (optional)
Combine all of the above in a blender, mix and throw in a cup. I use the NutriBullet because it is fast and I can slap on a top and head out the door. To switch up the flavor you can always add in blueberries, or another fruit.
