Between standing at concerts, walking festivals, or just needing some TLC. It is crucial to take care of our feet in between those pedi appointments. Here are my go to items for a relaxing foot soak.
Set the tone of your soak with some candles and heat up this lovely neck pillow for 2-3 minutes. Once you place this wrap on your neck it will not be hard to get comfy. The pillow is uber soft and smells amazing!
If your feet are sore, or inflamed try adding a tablespoon of epsom salt as well. For a more relaxing soak try the Lavendar scent. You will not be disappointed.
Before making that dip into your basin make sure you exfoliate those toes by applying a scrub and giving your feet a good rub down. My go to is always Sabon’s Patchouli Lavendar Vanilla, their scrubs leave your feet moisturized. Seeing a trend here? I LOVE lavender. It’s so relaxing.
