Now that summer’s officially over prep your body for the fall and brutal winter season by making your own bath salt. The ingredients below will assist in reducing swelling, eliminating toxins, smoother skin, and most importantly relaxation!
What You Need:
-Lavender Oil (choose a high quality essential oil)
-Dried Flowers (broken into small pieces)
-Add 1 cup of Epsom Salt and ½ cup of Sea Salt (optional) into bowl
-Add 7 drops of Lavender Essential Oil (optional)
-Add 4 teaspoons of Dried Flowers (optional)
-Mix and place in jar
Run your bath and relax in luxury Belles!
